Brian Martin
Brian brings over to 12 years of broad culinary experience. Highly skilled in French and American techniques, Brian has held Executive Chef and Sous Chef positions at numerous fine dining establishments, including the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston and Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia. Brian has also been featured in the Williams Sonoma Guest Chef Series, and Bloomingdale’s instore Culinary Shows.
